A foundation in classical music.

Born in Braga in 1990, Eduardo began his musical studies at the age of six at the Conservatório de Música Calouste Gulbenkian de Braga, in the violin class of Ângela Neves. He later studied privately with Aníbal Lima before continuing his studies at the University of Minho.

There, he studied violin with Eliot Lawson and Ilya Grubert, completing both his degree in Music and his Master’s in Music Teaching under the same tutelage.

His orchestral experience includes leading the second violins of Orquestra Fundação Estúdio during Guimarães European Capital of Culture 2012, as well as performing as a member and reinforcement musician with orchestras in Portugal.
